At the fifth Underground Citadel held in Texas last month, participants learned skills to help achieve greater freedom from established systems.
On August 25th, Plan B Passport will host their fifth underground fort at Bitcoin Commons in Austin, Texas. If you didn’t get to participate in the most signal event of the year, this article is for you. It had the highest attendance and retention rate ever – the Bitcoin Commons/Austin Bitcoin community event space was packed from start to finish and even after the event ended.
Underground Citadel is designed to be the best place for Bitcoiners to connect with like-minded people, where they can build their own tribes. Here’s a little background on how this event came about:
building an underground fortress
We’ve all been there: you get the orange pill and learn about a fraudulent money system. Then you start questioning all the other things you were lied to. You enter a phase where you go down all kinds of rabbit holes while wanting everything to burn to the ground. But when you get past this stage of anger, you realize that life can still be beautiful and focus on creating the life you want.
Underground Citadel is a conference where we discuss solutions to help us build the lives we deserve outside of the broken system we currently have. We invite participants to come look for a signal originating from Bitcoin and learn how they can create it. beautiful life.
Finding a beautiful life
In this edition of Underground Citadel, we started with the basics, fundamentals, physical security and its derivatives – situational awareness, mental tactics and threat identification. How to improve your ability to be aware of your surroundings and how to counter potential threats.
We went deeper into extreme sovereign individual tools, including survival instincts, deterrents/preemptive strikes, deception, evacuation, extreme focus and awareness, reality-based training, and perhaps the integration of some medical training. In any dangerous situation, you want to create a mental model of appearing “big and strong” so that you can block potential threats and be used to “breaking your routine”.
Then we moved on to hunting. Some might say we’ve even weakened as a society because most people these days can’t get their own food other than by going to the grocery store, the market, etc. We’ll dig deep into why we should hunt and what kills you. should learn and why paying attention is one of the most important skills you can acquire. Funnily enough, host Jon Wayne Taylor actually explained how hunting is inefficient compared to domestication, farming and trapping. That is, of course, until you have no other options. He later explained why tracking, trailing, marksmanship and butchery skills should be learned to improve your hunting skills.
After that we moved on to a home birth. This topic seemed the most explosive to Bitcoiners. We’ve had this topic in mind since the first Underground Citadel event, but we weren’t sure how the male-dominated audience would react. We really appreciate the way Bitcoiners have responded positively to this discussion.
We discussed why we moved to not trusting our bodies to do one of the most important things it was built to do. Why have we allowed the medical system to overwhelm and numb women during childbirth? As Bitcoinersm we preach “don’t trust, verify” so people should do their own research on why they do or don’t have a baby in a hospital and educate themselves on what’s best for their scenario but not doctors. scaring them into having this beautiful experience under fluorescent lights in a stressful environment. In the healthcare system, you are the consumer and you must have power.
Then, of course, we had to dive into flag theory and jurisdictional arbitrage. Here at Underground Citadel, we delved into how Bitcoin truly enables freedom of movement, and as a group that values permissionless money, we should also value permissionless movement. So far we have been born into an inappropriate monopoly and cannot hold governments accountable in a fiat world. Money pressure and greedy “leaders” rule the world. However, according to the Bitcoin standard, people become customers and governments have to compete with each other by offering the best services at the best price.
But until then, that’s why we’re focusing on “investment immigration,” a term we use in the jurisdictional arbitration industry to describe immigration programs that involve investment or donations as the basis for obtaining a visa, residency, or passport. This is why we encourage people to adopt jurisdictional arbitration or ticket theory in their lives. At Plan B Passport, we define “ticket theory” as the concept of limiting your dependence on a particular state by “stacking tickets” to jurisdictions that benefit you in a variety of ways. We want to apply the lens of markets and capitalism to how governments operate today and show how Bitcoin brought the jurisdictional arbitrage game to a new level, effectively solving the lack of free markets between nation-states.
Then we had our very own functional medicine expert, Dr. Oubre, discuss how you can take charge of your health by unleashing the ‘discomfort’ genome. I’m sure many of us have followed pretty restrictive diets in our pursuit of optimal health, even though we could have figured out what we were missing from some tests and what our bodies needed. He discussed the five pillars of health: biological, mycotoxins, environmental (man-made), heavy metals, and emotional, and explained why each pillar should be tested. Biohacking after healing is much easier than before healing. Once optimized, you can focus on reversing aging by releasing the “discomfort” genome.
Last but not least, we had a quick start guide to 3D printing sovereignties. Just like hunting, for example tracking, killing and processing an animal is not your first choice when putting food on the table as it is quite inefficient, same goes for 3D printing, it is an unreliable source of weapons, steep learning curve and buying weapons is much more efficient. However, you don’t need it until you do, and by that point it’s too late. When you don’t have easy access to water, you get a water softener, water filter, water distribution, etc. But you only do this when you don’t have water. What happens when you have no water and no solution? The same goes for 3D printing. When the weapons are no longer on the table, you want to know how to print them.
You don’t need a passport when all is well and good, but you also don’t need cyberspace money and a censorship-resistant form of value exchange until fiat currencies go to zero and you lose all your wealth. Another travel document is not needed until your original travel document is no longer in use, and at this stage it is too late. As sovereign individuals who are considered “makers”, anything shared in the Underground Citadel was definitely a step outside of our comfort zones, just as any other growth is uncomfortable. So our message to all of you regarding everything we covered is: It’s not easy, but it’s definitely worth it.
Luckily for those of you who couldn’t make it, we recorded the speakers and their presentations. You can access the recordings from this link.
