Jackson Palmer, the creator of Dogecoin, is back with hateful language towards the cryptocurrency industry, the public and marketers. This time he’s targeting Mark Cuban. An Adobe technician accused the entrepreneur of fraud by trying to gain a personal interest in an industrial, crude cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Palmer told Business Insider that he believes the Cuban has been tricked into believing in digital money and NFTs. He clarified that Mark Cuban does not get paid as a famous person to promote him. He was also brainwashed into believing that these things were in the right direction.

Palmer has been one of the two developers behind Dogecoin. Dogecoin is a leading virtual currency that has gained prominence among the community and the vocal support of Elon Musk.

Paradoxically, he and co-founder Billy Markus created the cryptocurrency to mock the theoretical illogicality that exists in crypto projects. However, while Markus has embraced the virtual currency audience by adopting a more promising view of the universe, Palmer has been openly hostile to it for ages.

Palmer created the cryptocurrency token by misspelling the term Doge to interpret the then common Shiba Inu. Dogecoin gained a cult following in early 2021 on the Reddit WallStreetBets chat forum, which was the primary organizer behind the infamous GameStop incident last January, where fans vowed to raise its value forever.

Palmer noted that when cryptocurrency first appeared in 2013 or even 2008, a fraction of it came as a reaction to Wall Street or the general capitalist framework. Since then, the originator has known right away that the loudest voices in digital money only wanted to develop a new predatory system to get to the top.

Palmer’s group also includes Chris Dixon and Marc Andreesen and the Cubans. The multi-millionaire and venture capitalist are both co-owners of Andreesen Horowitz, one of the most active venture capitalists in the cryptocurrency space. Interestingly, Block Head’s Jack Dorsey had also made similar claims about being scammed by Marc Andreesen.

They shoot back

According to Cuban, Palmer’s declarations were nothing new. He said this certainly sounds like something he’s heard of in all the technological developments he’s worked on.

Palmer made similar accusations against Elon Musk last May, claiming he was just a con artist out to hurt Twitter. He further claimed that Musk is unable to use essential software.

Musk responded to Palmer’s remarks the next day and tagged the founder a device with the child’s coding data. The multimillionaire, on the other hand, gets along well with Markus. They both often share memes on Twitter.
